P J Edwards win Shrewsbury Energy from Waste project from Clugston

P J Edwards have recently completed the contract to install large diameter foundation piles to the new Energy from Waste plant at Shrewsbury. Working for Main Contractor, Clugston Construction, a total of 150 Continuous Flight Auger piles were installed with depths ranging up to 15.5 metres. The picture above shows the perfectly formed and partially excavated 750mm diameter contiguous wall piles.
